Aluminum Composite Metal Panels

POLYNX^® Aluminium Composite Panels are made of high quality aluminum (ACP) sheets 4mm – 14mm thickness depending on customer needs. Our ACPs contain a non-aluminium polymer core sandwiched between two thin aluminium sheets. ACP aluminium sheets are lightweight, durable, and versatile, making them a popular choice in the construction and architectural industries. The core material in ACP sheets can vary and is typically made of materials such as Polyethylene (PE), Fire-Retardant (FR) materials like Mineral-filled Core and Metal Core. The outer aluminium layers provide strength, rigidity, and weather resistance, while the core material adds insulation and additional structural integrity. It features three coats of PVDF and an additional layer of protective film. All these layers are bound together using a strong adhesive. The ACP sheet then undergoes more than 50 stringent quality control tests using cutting-edge tools to ensure the product can withstand the elements of nature.
