Her motivation drives clear vision and goals for POLYNX®. With background in interior designing, experience with architecting Passive Homes, Vidya brings with her a holistic mindset to POLYNX® Brand promoting sustainability and environmentally friendly products. Her in-depth understanding of the market dynamics has helped us grow POLYNX® to be what it is today. Vidya has a Master’s degree from University of Northern Illinois and holds many certifications in Small Business Development from the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Girish Desai is an experienced Executive with 50+ Years of experience developing and mentoring leaders in the Fenestration Industry. Prior to joining POLYNX® Girish was instrumental in building a large multi billion dollar enterprise manufacturing windows and custom built curtain wall systems. As the Chief Operating Officer of this large enterprise, Girish not only managed large teams across North America but led the company to be innovative, introducing new concepts in operational efficiency, developing smart curtain wall proprietary systems and influencing the future of smart glass, adaptive façades in Fenestration Industry. As our Chief Strategy Officer, Girish is in charge of POLYNX® Business development in 3 Key areas:

Pragnesh Patel is a dynamic entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling businesses across construction, building materials, staffing, and digital technology. As the founder of Architectural Systems, LLC, Tiles Center LLC and Facade Services LLC, Pragnesh brings over a decade of industry insight and operational expertise to POLYNX®.
His experience in bringing high-quality products and solutions in porcelain tiles, SPC/LVP flooring, and complete façade systems, including windows, doors, curtain walls, railings, louvers, and more, Pragnesh has positioned his businesses as a trusted supplier to builders, developers, and contractors across the U.S.
Known for his meticulous attention to quality and reliability, Pragnesh also has experience as manufacturer’s representative and consultant, providing support from technical take-offs and shop drawings to on-site field services. His expertise has supported hundreds of commercial projects, from early budgeting to final installation.
Whether managing multi-state operations or launching new tech ventures, Pragnesh remains focused on delivering value, driving growth, and building long-term partnerships.
SHANKAR SWAROOP MBA, PMP

As a founding member of the company, Shankar brings with him a keen eye for detail, commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. He is a seasoned builder and Class A licensed contractor with over 15 years of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across Virginia. As one of the co-founders of POLYNX® Shankar has earned a stellar reputation for staying in the forefront of industry innovation, bringing complex visions to life—on time and on budget. He is PMP Certified, has an MBA in Finance and Masters in Accounting from UT Austin and earned his CPA from India.
BIPIN PATEL
VP Field Operations
Bipin Patel is a seasoned project manager with deep expertise in architectural glazing systems, curtain wall design, and construction management. Based in New Jersey, he leads complex building envelope projects from concept to completion, working closely with architects, contractors, and fabricators. Over the past 10 years, Bipin has built a reputation for being a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. Bipin has led the successful execution of a variety of commercial and institutional projects. He is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule. When he’s not managing site progress or vendor coordination, you’ll find him exploring new tools and materials in the façade industry or spending time with family.
